- دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في تخصص مناسب
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في أعمال إدخال البيانات والإدارة المكتبية
- خبرة في الإشراف على أعمال الأرشيف والتنسيق الإداري
- إجادة استخدام برامج الحاسب الآلي وMicrosoft Office
- مهارة عالية في تنظيم الملفات وإعداد التقارير والمتابعة الإدارية
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والدقة في إدخال البيانات
- المهام الوظيفية:
- إدخال وتحديث البيانات بدقة عالية
- تنظيم وحفظ الملفات والأرشفة الورقية والإلكترونية
- إعداد التقارير والمراسلات الإدارية
- متابعة الأعمال المكتبية والتنسيق بين الإدارات
- المحافظة على سرية المعلومات والبيانات
- مكان العمل: مكة المكرمة
