Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist to join our remote workforce. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data across various systems with a high level of accuracy. This position suits individuals who are dependable, self-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
Both full-time and part-time roles are available, offering flexible scheduling options.
Key Responsibilities
- Input, update, and maintain data accurately in company systems and databases
- Identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, or missing information
- Verify and validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Organize and manage digital records and files
- Conduct routine data quality checks and audits
- Work with team members and supervisors to resolve discrepancies
- Follow established procedures, guidelines, and confidentiality standards
- Prepare reports and summaries based on data when needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role is an advantage
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and/or Google Workspace
- Basic knowledge of data management systems
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable internet connection and an appropriate remote work setup
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team
- Familiarity with CRM systems or database tools
- Basic understanding of data privacy and security practices
- Multilingual skills (Arabic and English preferred for MENA region candidates)
Work Schedule
