The Client Document Hub supports delivers high-quality documentation processing services, ensuring data integrity, regulatory compliance, and an efficient experience for clients and business stakeholders. We play a vital role in supporting client lifecycle activities of our Singapore and Hong Kong wealth management businesses By working closely with our partners across the organization.

- bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field with 1+ years of experience - experience in banking operations, client documentation, document management, or Wealth Management support functions - strong attention to detail and commitment to quality - good stakeholder management skills - good client service mindset with excellent problem solving skills - strong risk and control mindset with a structured and logical approach to analysis and problem-solving - proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc) - you’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use
