Role Overview

What You Will Do

• Analyze HINs and VINs and assign model, type, propulsion, material, and related attributes.
• Classify dealerships by type, including sales-only and sales-and-rentals.
• Review data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency before entry.
• Enter and correct data in management systems accurately and efficiently.
• Research and resolve missing data using the web, previous records, and AI tools.
• Meet five monthly industry production deadlines and hand validated data to Engineering.
• Partner with Product to expand data attributes in customer-facing output.

What They Are Looking For

• Have 2+ years of data research, data entry, or similar data-coding experience.
• Sustain accurate performance on repetitive, high-volume, detail-intensive work.
• Demonstrate strong accuracy, focus, independent judgment, and adherence to rules-based procedures.
• Have some college or equivalent experience.
• Be proficient in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Be comfortable using AI tools to support research and data work.
• Work efficiently under production pressure while self-checking work.

Bonus Qualifications

• Prior use of Jira and Slack is a bonus.
• Knowledge of RV, Marine, Trailer, Powersports, or Manufactured Housing industries is a bonus.
• Working SQL Server query knowledge is a bonus.
