Role overview

Program delivery and standards

• Roll out colocation standards across assigned facilities, covering equipment, personnel, monitoring, emergency response, drills, change, maintenance, and flying-inspection risk.
• Convert requirements into plans, milestones, acceptance criteria, and tracked gap-closure deliverables.
• Coordinate project plans, RACI, risks, issues, and delivery cadence across stakeholders and geographies.

EMS integration and technical validation

• Lead EMS data-point mapping, connection, validation, and maintenance under the applicable integration standard.
• Ensure telemetry covers room temperature and humidity, busway and rack power, and status, alarms, setpoints, and logs for route-related equipment.
• Review electrical, HVAC, ELV, BMS, monitoring, and automation-control logic, parameters, setpoints, architecture, equipment run logic, and redundancy.
• Coordinate rigorous acceptance testing and sign off production readiness.

Governance and regional capability

• Negotiate scope, standards compliance, SLAs, and remediation with colocation providers and platform vendors.
• Build compliance and EMS health dashboards and scorecards; report progress and risks to global headquarters.
• Collaborate on standards and platform roadmaps, adapt global policies locally, and build regional capability through training, certification, and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical discipline.
• More than 8 years of infrastructure operations experience, including colocation provider management or vendor governance.
• Strong understanding of critical electrical and HVAC systems and ability to drive engineering initiatives.
• Experience in vendor governance, operational auditing, performance improvement, and complex cross-functional project delivery.
• Experience with infrastructure risk identification, root-cause analysis, mitigation, and action-item closure.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills across diverse contexts.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 30–40% of the time; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
