Market Insights and Opportunity Development
- Deliver segment-specific market insight reports on trends, potential, scenarios, and customer pain points.
- Analyze competitors’ approaches and solutions to develop differentiated competitive strategies.
- Lead customer-facing pre-sales discussions, uncover needs, and generate qualified opportunities.
- Analyze customer business and technology environments and future trends.
Solution Design and Delivery
- Design tailored solutions and guide product selection, PoC tests, bids, and configuration across project lifecycles.
- Scale public-cloud solutions across selected segments.
- Identify technical and project risks and coordinate product, R&D, and delivery teams through implementation.
Enablement, Products, and Technical Influence
- Create reusable cloud architecture templates, best practices, and industry case studies; train sales teams and ecosystem partners.
- Synthesize industry product requirements and defects and drive enhancements and new product initiatives.
- Lead teams or cross-functional groups and create sales playbooks, solution guides, enablement materials, and implementation plans.
- Present solutions externally and at industry conferences to influence technology decisions.
Experience and Technical Qualifications
- Over 5 years of relevant experience, including pre-sales, development, or operations experience at an internet or software company.
- Experience participating in or leading medium-to-large IT projects, such as cloud migration, data center relocation, application modernization, or digital transformation.
- Ability to translate customer needs into implementable architectures and guide project execution.
- Experience designing solutions across industries and familiarity with cloud migration, microservices, and big data or AI platform scenarios.
- Experience engaging customer technical and business teams, creating solution documents, architecture diagrams, and PoC test plans, and presenting to stakeholders.
- Hands-on troubleshooting experience with performance, compatibility, or cost challenges is preferred; on-site customer support is also preferred.
- Knowledge of large-model and intelligent-computing systems, deployment scenarios, core products, and AI infrastructure.
- Ability to develop solutions spanning model training, inference, and industry applications and align product and go-to-market strategies.
- Knowledge of 3–5 competitors’ portfolios and roadmaps and ability to benchmark offerings and produce client-ready analyses.
