Lead and manage BI developers across OAS and Power BI tracks.
Plan work, monitor progress, review deliverables, and ensure timely delivery.
Mentor team members, coordinate UAT support, and resolve defects.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement on-premises and cloud data platforms, RDBMS, ODS, data marts, warehouses, lakehouses, and cloud storage.
- Lead data ingestion, pipeline, and ETL/ELT solution design and deployment.
- Translate business analytics requirements into technical requirements.
- Define architecture, governance, tools, procedures, and technical documentation.
- Establish standards for data modeling, ingestion, and data product development.
- Manage model work-product versioning and publish model management standards.
- Support pre-sales with solution architecture proposal inserts and writeups.
Qualifications
- University degree in computer science or an approved equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Eight to twelve years of hands-on experience in business intelligence and analytics.
- Expert knowledge of modern data warehouse and data lakehouse design and build.
- Extensive experience with SQL, NoSQL databases, cloud data storage, and data architecture.
- Experience producing logical and physical design documents, solution architecture, and training materials.
- Expertise in workload, query performance, schema, and data engineering optimization.
- Experience executing unit, system, and user acceptance testing.
Must Have
- At least eight years of enterprise data warehouse experience.
- Experience creating Functional Design Documents and Detailed Design Documents.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle 12c, ODI, OAS, and Power BI.
- Experience in data architecture, data modeling, semantic layer, and KPI design.
- Experience leading BI or analytics teams.
- Bilingual Arabic and English language proficiency.
