**Job Description** **We are** currently looking **Data Analytics / Business Analysis/Power BI** forour **UAE** operations.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in BI / Data Analytics / Business Analysis
- Strong SQL expertise (joins, aggregations, performance tuning) — mandatory
- Advanced Power BI skills (DAX, data modelling, dashboarding)
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong understanding of data modelling (star schema, relationships)
- Experience in structured documentation and data quality frameworks
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements using structured formats (data dictionaries, business glossaries)
- Translate business needs into KPIs, data models, and reporting frameworks
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation
- Design and build interactive dashboards using Power BI (or similar tools)
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Ensure data accuracy through validation, reconciliation, and quality frameworks
- Automate reporting and workflows using SQL, Power Automate, and Excel
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Operations, IT)
- Support financial and operational reporting (P&L, forecasting, performance tracking)
- Present insights clearly to stakeholders
- **Joining time frame:** 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
