The role develops and delivers data and AI products to help public bodies detect and prevent fraud.
Products are delivered across their lifecycle, from discovery and alpha development to beta service implementation.
Product delivery and strategy
- Develop and deliver a product roadmap for data and AI products.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage products throughout their lifecycle.
- Balance anti-fraud operational needs, user requirements and technical feasibility.
- Ensure products deliver measurable outcomes and maximise financial benefits for the public.
- Develop product vision and strategy for data, analytics and AI capabilities aligned with the PSFA mission.
Locations
- The advertised locations are Glasgow, London, Manchester, Newcastle-upon-Tyne and York.
Requirements
- Balance anti-fraud operational needs, user requirements and technical feasibility.
- Advocate for user-centred and data-informed approaches to product delivery.
- Work effectively with multidisciplinary technical teams, including data engineers, data scientists and business analysts.
