Take ownership of analytical delivery, improve products and ways of working, mentor junior colleagues, and help assess AI and machine-learning outputs for production use.
Responsibilities
- Build and enhance Sigma dashboards; design and maintain ETL processes and performant data structures for client data.
- Use SQL, Python, and dbt; manage analytics code with Git and GitHub and follow team standards using Jira.
- Clarify client and internal requirements, turn business questions into analytical solutions, and mentor junior team members.
- Research new analytical and product offerings informed by client needs, market developments, AI, and machine learning.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in analytics and a strong background in direct-to-consumer analytics.
- Advanced SQL and experience with a cloud data warehouse such as Snowflake or Google BigQuery and a transformation tool such as dbt.
- Ability to review code and data quality, and to read, debug, and extend SQL and Python scripts.
- Hands-on experience with BI dashboards such as Sigma, Looker, Power BI, or similar.
- Experience with collaborative Git and GitHub workflows; communicate technical concepts clearly and work effectively with clients.
Location and work arrangement
- Hybrid role with a stated schedule of Reading once per month and London three times per month.
