Required Qualifications & Experience
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, or STEM fields
Experience
- in strategy consulting, public sector consulting, or similar
- Proven track record of conducting strategic analysis, developing insights, and supporting decision-making in complex environments
- Ability to think critically and strategically, with a focus on long-term outcomes and systemic solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills, including the use of visual aids to convey insights
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability Technical skills:
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with the ability to
- interpret data and translate it into actionable recommendations
- Understanding of public sector operations, policy development, and regulatory frameworks and challenges
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, policy developments, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decision-making
- Assess the effectiveness of existing programs, policies, and initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and recommending actionable solutions
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and present findings to senior leadership
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, policymakers, and community organizations, to gather input and align strategies
- Support the development of long-term strategic plans, including goal-setting, resource allocation, and performance metrics
- Evaluate the impact of existing and proposed policies, providing recommendations to enhance outcomes and ensure alignment with organizational objectives
- Prepare clear, concise, and compelling reports, presentations, and briefing materials for senior leadership and key stakeholders
- Support strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational priorities.
