Overview
- Gather and analyze reporting requirements from business stakeholders and management teams.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and BI solutions using Tableau and Power BI.
- Develop and optimize ETL pipelines, data warehouses, and data marts.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, validation, and analysis from multiple data sources.
- Conduct exploratory and descriptive data analysis to identify trends, customer behavior, revenue patterns, and business opportunities.
- Generate operational, financial, sales, and customer analytics reports for various business functions.
- Support ad-hoc reporting requests and provide actionable insights to leadership teams.
- Create and maintain data models including dimensions, facts, joins, and relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Marketing, HR, and Customer Success.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency through testing and validation processes.
