Purpose
- The Data Analyst / Statistician role is required to support business decision-making by
- transforming complex data into actionable insights.
- Qualification and Skills
- Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative
- discipline (Must)
- Strong foundation in statistics and analytical methodologies
- Experience working with large datasets and analytical workflows
- Knowledge of machine learning and statistical models
- Knowledge of industry-specific data standards or regulatory requirements is a plus
- Mandatory skills:
- Proficiency in statistical and analytical tools such as:
o Python (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Matplotlib/Seaborn)
- o R (tidyverse, ggplot2, caret)
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or Superset

- Ability to convert data analysis into actionable business insights
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and statistical rigor
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to both technical and
- non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Ability to quickly adapt to new business domains and evolving data structures
