About the Company

To monitor business performance (booking & billing), streamline sales processes, and support the Sales Team in achieving departmental targets.

The role acts as a key interface between Sales and Planning and is responsible for generating essential analytical reports for management.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering, or Commerce.
  • Data Analytics experience.

Experience

  • 5–10 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Experience in HVAC industry or Manufacturing is highly preferred.
  • Project Planning experience is strongly preferred.

Knowledge & Skill

  • Strong expertise in process improvement, operations, and logistics management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and SAP.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and critical‑thinking skills.
  • Strategic planning capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Skilled in preparing presentations and analytical reports.
  • Ability to identify and implement new processes for efficiency improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct monthly Billing & Booking Forecasting with proper analysis.
  • Prepare Quarterly Order Booking Forecasts for Procurement, Production Planning, and Sales Planning.
  • Share monthly booking breakdowns with the Sales Director and follow up with MSPs & OPT to meet monthly targets.
  • Follow up on SMT updates with ASMs/MSPs.
  • Finalize lead times with Sales Planning quarterly.
  • Assist Sales Team with short-delivery and premium orders and confirm deliveries.
  • Review Sales Orders for multipliers, budget numbers, etc.
  • Prepare Monthly & Annual Sales Presentations.
  • Work with the Sales Director on Annual Budget & Target Setting.
  • Share monthly/quarterly/annual billing & booking forecasts with CCPD.
  • Conduct monthly Backlog Analysis.
  • Review modification requests submitted by Sales.
  • Act as the liaison between Sales and Planning teams.
  • Coordinate with the Costing team regarding multipliers and pricing.
  • Pay range and compensation package
  • Ensure compliance with SKM quality standards.
  • Commit to delivering efficient and effective service to all stakeholders.
