Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Lead analytical data, dashboard design, and reporting activities across the contract.
• Produce monthly performance reports, reviews, KPIs, and analytics using CAFM, BMS, and other reports.
• Provide regular and ad hoc analysis for internal stakeholders and clients.
• Manage the reporting process, tailor management information to contract needs, and distribute reports to agreed schedules.
• Work with users and system support teams to ensure issues are logged and resolved within agreed timescales.
• Manage CAFM data consistency, accuracy, and quality, and use reliable data to drive improvement.

Qualifications and competencies

• Expert user of Microsoft 365 applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
• Proficient in SharePoint, Planner, Forms, Visio, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Experience or strong working knowledge of databases, CAFM systems, and asset management tools.
• Self-motivated, proactive, able to work independently, and strong in communication and problem solving.
• Experience supporting business development and change control from specification through delivery.
• Able to create, maintain, and deliver system process and user training materials.

Contract and hours

• The position is permanent, with 40 hours of work.
