Analytics and business impact

• Develop dashboards by understanding business needs, interpreting integrated data, and creating usable visualizations that inform decisions.
• Interpret dashboard results and explain how to use them; create reports, queries, and ad hoc analyses.
• Engage business stakeholders, assess needs and ad hoc requests, and prioritize product work to create innovative solutions.
• Improve data maturity and integration by standardizing core value-added functionality.
• Investigate root causes of business problems and deliver solutions and actionable insights beyond reporting.
• Curate new data sources and advance analytical products in collaboration with analysts, scientists, and technology teams.
• Help more junior team members succeed and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or equivalent; a relevant master's degree or MBA is preferred.
• At least two years of dashboard development experience for diagnostic business analysis and experience working in a cloud environment.
• At least two years of applied project experience demonstrating digital transformation or data management in an educational or project setting.
• Four or more years working as an individual contributor and key team member is preferred.
• Experience developing BI solutions with Power BI or Tableau is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including explaining technical concepts in business terms, is required.
• Support product innovation through build, test, and release with technology teams using agile methodologies.
• Exposure to Alteryx or SSIS, SQL, or .NET is preferred.
