Business Problem Solving and Analytics
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and define high-impact business problems.
- Translate ambiguous business requirements into structured analytical problem statements and actionable hypotheses.
- Identify relevant data sources, define analytical logic, build robust solutions, and generate actionable insights.
Data and Technical Expertise
- Work extensively with large and complex datasets to extract, process, and analyze information.
- Build scalable data solutions using SQL and Python.
- Develop analytical models, automation frameworks, and reusable datasets while ensuring accuracy and scalability.
Dashboarding and Data Storytelling
- Build intuitive dashboards using Tableau or similar visualization tools.
- Identify underlying business drivers and translate data into actionable insights.
- Develop self-service analytical solutions that let stakeholders access relevant information independently.
AI and Advanced Analytics
- Identify opportunities to use AI and Generative AI to improve workflows, decisions, and operational efficiency.
- Build and experiment with AI-enabled solutions involving LLMs, automation, and intelligent decision systems.
- Drive AI adoption in analytics and translate emerging capabilities into practical business use cases.
Collaboration and Ownership
- Work with senior stakeholders to understand challenges and independently drive analytical initiatives.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering, Technology, Product, and Business teams to improve data usability.
- Own initiatives from problem definition through implementation and impact measurement.
- Proactively identify opportunities, challenge existing approaches, and improve processes and decision-making.
What We Are Looking For
- Hands-on technical ability with SQL, Python, Tableau, and large datasets.
- Practical experience experimenting with and building AI-enabled solutions.
- Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and influence decisions.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a high sense of ownership.
- Fintech experience is preferable.
