Data Analyst (Financial Services) (Ref: 196829)

A Confidential organisation in Dubai that is going through a major digital and technology transformation, moving towards a modern FinTech-style operating model.

They are looking for a hands-on

to join on an initial 6-month contract, with strong potential to extend.

This role will focus on building reports, dashboards, MIS and analytics capability across both existing operations and new product launches.

Develop dashboards, MIS reports and analytical outputs to support business, technology and regulatory reporting requirements.

Build interactive reports and dashboards using

.

Work with raw data sets, including data cleaning, transformation and normalisation.

Create meaningful analytics and insights, not just basic visualisations.

Support regular reporting packs, including monthly regulatory reporting where required.

Work closely with technology and business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into practical dashboard solutions.

5 to 8 years’ experience in data analytics, reporting, dashboarding or MIS.

Strong hands-on experience with

.

Experience building dashboards, reporting packs and interactive visualisations.

Strong data cleaning, data preparation and data normalisation skills.

Ability to turn raw data into clear, useful business insight.

Comfortable working in a transformation or project-led environment.

Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technology and business teams.

Financial services, lending, leasing, BNPL, credit cards or FinTech experience.

Experience working in a digital transformation environment.

Immediate availability or availability within 1 month.

Initial 6-month contract, extendable

Dubai-based, mostly office-based

Working hours: 8am to 5pm
