We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a large-scale digital transformation programme within a complex enterprise environment.
Required Experience
- 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience working on enterprise technology or transformation programmes
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
- Experience working within ERP, procurement, finance, or operational business environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to engage effectively with both business and technical audiences
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to digital transformation or emerging technology initiatives
- Experience within government, public sector, regulated industries, or large enterprise environments
- Understanding of end-to-end business processes and operational workflows
- Experience supporting enterprise software implementations
Candidate Profile
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in customer-facing environments
- Able to translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements
- Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented
- Capable of working effectively within fast-paced delivery environmen
