Data Analyst

The role focuses on ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and governance through validation of business logic, exploratory data analysis, close collaboration with stakeholders, and comprehensive KPI documentation

+ Design, develop, and maintain internal dashboards and reports for:

+ Data quality monitoring

+ Data pipeline health and freshness

+ Governance metrics

+ Validate dashboards developed by business teams, before release/ publishing.

+ Define and implement data quality rules , thresholds and validation logic.

+ Identify data issues and work with Data Engineer to resolve root causes.

+ Data Integration support

+ Support Integration involving multiple data sources, ensuring consistent joins, definitions, and business logic.

+ Assist with source‑to‑target validation.

+ Collaboration

+ Work closely with business to provide them with the accurate datasets and datamarts.

+ Guide in dashboard standards to be followed for publishing.

+ Documentation:

+ Maintain a Data Catalog (Excel or tool‑based).

+ Ensure datasets and datamarts are standardized, documented, and discoverable.

+ Work closely with the teams to maintain data dictionary , KPI definitions and business rules.

+ Incident management

+ Support incident investigation, validation.

+ Assess impact of issues on dashboards and reports.
