Role overview

Responsibilities

• Develop data structures and tables, validate data, and prepare documentation.
• Generate online query and report specifications, database load specifications, and data validation specifications.
• Investigate issues, conduct product analysis, and resolve problems.
• Contribute to team data warehousing, system development, training, and customer support work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree is highly desired.
• Five or more years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical skills in relational database management systems and data warehousing.
• Proficiency using Cognos Tool Suite for dashboards and reports and experience writing and analyzing SQL queries.
• Knowledge and experience in mathematical reasoning, with strong oral and written communication for client support, requirements gathering, and validation.
• Strong interpersonal skills, good judgment, ability to work independently or on a team, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Experience with security assessment tools such as Nessus and with security control implementation and testing.
• Knowledge of analytical tools and evaluation techniques is desired.
• Knowledge of government accounting, especially DoD accounting, is highly desired.

Clearance and physical requirements

• Must currently hold a Secret-level security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship is required for Secret clearance at this location.
• Must be able to lift 15–25 pounds and stand, walk, twist, bend, and squat periodically.

Compensation

• Targeted salary range is $80,000–$90,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
• The stated range is a general guideline; offer decisions may consider responsibilities, experience, education, skills, internal equity, and market and business factors.
