Data Analyst, CRM

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of marketing technology experience in a fast-paced professional services environment; law firm experience preferred.
• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms, including data analysis and administration.
• Strong knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Smartsheet).
• Experience with CRM and ERM systems, marketing automation tools, experience management platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Introhive, Marketo, Foundation), and Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, segmentation, and campaign optimization techniques.
• Knowledge of CRM system migrations, deprecations, deployments, and rollouts, with an understanding of how to minimize disruption to end users and maintain data integrity throughout each transition.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
• Salesforce experience is required.
• Experience managing complex projects and working with deadlines required.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Salesforce Platform Administrator certified.
• Experience working with vendors.
