About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain HR and Recruitment dashboards using Power BI
- Analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, pipeline status, and workforce trends
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports for senior management
- Consolidate data from multiple sources (Oracle Cloud, Excel, ATS, HR systems)
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports
- Automate routine reports and dashboards where possible
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis
- Support HR and Talent Acquisition teams with data-driven decision-making
- Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, HR Analytics, or related field
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, formulas)
- Experience in data cleaning, validation, and visualization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into business insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
