Job Purpose

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in data science, artificial intelligence, engineering, information technology, business technology, or a related discipline.
• Relevant certifications across Data, AI, Cloud, or enterprise technologies are advantageous.
• Strong understanding of modern Data & AI technologies, architectures, and delivery approaches.

Experience

• 10–15 years of experience across technology consulting, Data & AI, solution delivery, digital transformation, or enterprise technology environments.
• Significant experience delivering complex Data, Analytics, and AI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Experience with enterprise Data & AI architecture, data platforms, analytics, machine learning, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI agents.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, OCI, or GCP cloud platforms.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary technical, business, and partner teams.
• Experience managing senior and CXO-level stakeholders and translating technical topics into business outcomes.
• Experience supporting business development, solution shaping, proposals, or pre-sales activities.
• Experience identifying additional opportunities within existing customer relationships.
• Experience in large enterprise, government, public sector, or regulated environments is desirable.

Skills

• Strong Data, Analytics, AI, and Generative AI solution architecture understanding.
• Ability to lead complex delivery across multiple teams and challenge technical approaches, estimates, and plans.
• Understanding of enterprise data platforms, cloud architecture, integrations, APIs, and AI/ML lifecycle concepts.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, executive communication, presentation, workshop facilitation, and storytelling skills.
• Commercial mindset with strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to operate across customer, partner, and internal organizational boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise Data, Analytics, and AI initiatives from solution shaping and planning through implementation and operationalization.
• Oversee technical delivery and ensure solutions meet business requirements without necessarily serving as the hands-on architect or engineering lead.
• Understand and challenge solution architectures, implementation approaches, estimates, delivery plans, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate architects, data engineers, AI/ML engineers, developers, business teams, vendors, and technology partners.
• Manage customer, senior executive, CXO-level, partner, and internal stakeholder relationships.
• Translate complex technical topics into business outcomes and executive-level recommendations.
• Support business development, solution development, proposals, pre-sales activities, and strategic initiatives.
• Identify and develop additional Data & AI opportunities within existing customer engagements.
• Drive complex initiatives across organizational boundaries using negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Deliver presentations, facilitate workshops, and communicate technical narratives through effective storytelling.
