Job purpose

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in data science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Technology, or a related discipline.
• Certifications across Data, AI, Cloud, or enterprise technologies are advantageous.

Experience and technical requirements

• 10–15 years across technology consulting, Data and AI, solution delivery, digital transformation, or enterprise technology environments.
• Significant experience delivering complex Data, Analytics, and AI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Ability to oversee technical delivery without necessarily being the hands-on solution architect or engineering lead.
• Strong understanding of enterprise Data and AI architecture, data platforms, analytics, machine learning, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI agents.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, OCI, or GCP.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary technical, business, and partner teams.
• Experience managing senior and CXO-level stakeholders and translating technical topics into business outcomes and executive recommendations.
• Experience supporting business development, solution shaping, proposals, or pre-sales and developing additional opportunities within customer relationships.
• Large enterprise, government, public sector, or regulated-environment experience is desirable.

• Strong understanding of Data, Analytics, AI, Generative AI technologies, and solution architectures.
• Delivery leadership to drive complex initiatives across multiple teams.
• Ability to understand and challenge architectures, implementation approaches, estimates, and delivery plans.
• Understanding of enterprise data platforms, cloud architecture, integrations, APIs, and AI/ML lifecycle concepts.
• Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, presentation, workshop facilitation, and storytelling skills.
• Commercial mindset, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to work across customer, partner, and internal organizational boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise Data, Analytics, and AI initiatives from solution shaping and planning through implementation and operationalization.
• Translate business priorities into executable initiatives with customers, senior executives, solution architects, technical teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide technical oversight by understanding architectures, challenging delivery approaches, identifying risks and dependencies, and ensuring solutions meet business requirements.
• Coordinate technical teams and partners to deliver successful outcomes.
• Identify additional Data and AI opportunities within customer engagements and support solution development and proposals.
• Help shape new strategic initiatives and contribute to business development and growth.
