Data & AI Solutions & Delivery Lead

Job purpose

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, artificial intelligence, engineering, information technology, business technology, or a related discipline.
• 10–15 years of experience in technology consulting, Data & AI, solution delivery, digital transformation, or enterprise technology.
• Significant experience delivering complex Data, Analytics, and AI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Experience overseeing technical delivery without necessarily serving as the hands-on architect or engineering lead.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing senior and CXO-level stakeholders.
• Experience translating technical topics into business outcomes and executive recommendations.
• Experience supporting business development, solution shaping, proposals, or pre-sales and developing customer opportunities.
• Relevant Data, AI, Cloud, or enterprise technology certifications are advantageous.
• Large enterprise, government, public sector, or regulated-environment experience is desirable.

Technical and leadership skills

• Strong understanding of data platforms, analytics, machine learning, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI agents.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, OCI, or GCP.
• Understanding of enterprise data platforms, cloud architecture, integrations, APIs, and AI/ML lifecycle concepts.
• Ability to challenge technical architectures, implementation approaches, estimates, and delivery plans.
• Strong delivery leadership, executive communication, stakeholder management, commercial judgment, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making.
• Presentation, workshop facilitation, storytelling, and engagement across customer, partner, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise Data, Analytics, and AI initiatives from solution shaping and planning through implementation and operationalization.
• Translate business priorities into executable initiatives and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Oversee technical delivery, challenge architectures and delivery approaches, and identify risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate customers, executives, solution architects, engineering teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage delivery across multidisciplinary teams of architects, data engineers, AI/ML engineers, developers, and business teams.
• Engage senior and CXO-level stakeholders and communicate technical topics as business outcomes and executive recommendations.
• Support business development, solution development, proposals, and pre-sales activities.
• Identify additional Data & AI opportunities within customer engagements and help shape strategic initiatives.
• Apply commercial judgment to recognize customer needs and develop potential solutions and business opportunities.
