Principal Duties And Responsibilities
Develop annual budgets that align with the organization's strategic objectives and financial health.
Conduct a comprehensive mid-year budget review, assessing financial performance, and implementing required budget adjustments.
Oversee budget transfers to ensure optimal resource allocation, adapting to any organizational changes.
Facilitate prompt and efficient fund allocation to meet the operational and strategic needs of the organization.
Review and process purchase requisitions, ensuring alignment with the budget while maintaining financial prudence.
Continuously track, evaluate, and report on budget versus actual spending, providing timely feedback and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring financial efficiency and budget adherence.
Collaborate closely with relevant departments to monitor their spending plans, ensuring alignment with the organization's overarching budget and promoting fiscal responsibility across all subsidiaries and divisions.
Execute comprehensive analyses and summaries, and prepare budgetary and financial plans to manage expenditures and ensure they remain within set limits.
Key Accountabilities
Carry out daily operations assigned for the department to comply with the company s standards.
Prepare timely and accurate department reports to meet the requirements, objectives, and standards of the company and the department.
Ensure the satisfaction of internal and external customers to address their needs in a courteous and timely manner.
Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes in order for the work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices, work processes, cost effectiveness, and productivity enhancement.
Promote to other employees within the organization the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions.
Maintain a good and respectful relationship with other colleagues and represent the company in a good image.
