About the role

Support patients through chat and email, resolving issues and helping them feel heard and informed.

The role involves handling a meaningful volume of conversations, navigating systems, and resolving most issues without escalation.

You will

  • Provide warm, personalized patient support through chat and email.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy, medical, and logistics partners to support patients.
  • Guide patients through onboarding and answer questions about pricing, process, and products.
  • Review AI-generated responses and identify where they could be improved.
  • Share patient insights across the organization and help improve support processes.

You have

  • Experience in a customer-facing role; high-volume experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Intercom Helpdesk or a related platform.
  • Telehealth or digital health background is a bonus.
  • Communicate clearly and warmly, solve problems independently, and show curiosity.
