Operate panel cutting and packing equipment for continuous sandwich-panel production.
The role is described as a technical operator position.
Experience and Qualification
- 3–5 years of experience.
- ITI or diploma in Mechanical, Fitter, or Production.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and set panel cutting and bandsaw machines to meet production requirements.
- Ensure accurate lengths, square cuts, and proper edge finishes.
- Inspect panels for dimensions, core condition, and visible defects.
- Stack, wrap, strap, label, and pack bundles.
- Maintain product identification and traceability.
- Monitor blades, conveyors, sensors, and machine condition.
- Minimize cutting loss and packing-material waste.
- Coordinate with Production, QC, and Dispatch teams.
- Maintain cutting, rejection, and packing records.
- Follow safety and housekeeping standards.
Pay and Benefits
- Pay is ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month.
- Benefits include leave encashment, paid sick time, and paid time off.
