Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and face-to-face interactions.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, processes, and policies.
- Resolve complaints, escalate complex issues, and follow up on pending queries to ensure timely closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve requests efficiently.
- Maintain customer records and update interactions in CRM or other systems.
- Support order, service, payment, documentation, and appointment-related inquiries.
- Track customer feedback and contribute to service improvements.
- Maintain professional communication and customer-service standards; prepare basic reports and accurate documentation.
Requirements
- At least one year of customer-service or customer-facing experience is preferred; freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused, with good problem-solving ability and professional complaint handling.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or CRM systems is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
