Role overview

Handle customer inquiries across channels, provide accurate product and service information, and support high customer satisfaction.

Address order, delivery, and technical questions about label products; coordinate with internal teams and document interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer issues related to orders, deliveries, and technical aspects of label products.
  • Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams.
  • Document interactions in the customer support system and provide online support as needed.
  • Escalate complex technical or service problems and follow up on resolutions.
  • Identify recurring concerns and share feedback to improve processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer support and customer service skills, with clear communication and professional inquiry handling.
  • Customer satisfaction skills, including expectation management, complaint handling, and positive client relationships.
  • Online support experience using email, chat, and CRM tools.
  • Technical support capability, including product specification knowledge and basic troubleshooting.
  • Problem-solving, time management, and attention to detail are beneficial.
  • Customer-facing experience, preferably in manufacturing, packaging, or related industries, is an advantage.
  • English proficiency is required; additional regional languages are a plus.
  • A diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
