Overview

Primary duties and responsibilities:

Order Management

  • Answer "incoming or make outgoing calls and provide chat support" about product availability, quality, order status, and delivery status.
  • Process orders received through online channel.
  • Build constructive dialogues with customers and propose alternate product choices in the event of the non-availability of requested products.
  • Maintain the accuracy of all data and verify the same for all customer services.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Education

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience

  • Customer Support in Retail Shop: 3 years (Required)
  • Ecommerce Operations: 2 years (Required)
