About The Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist (Hebrew speaker) to support clinical trial campaigns by communicating with potential patients and providing accurate, empathetic information across multiple regions (Israel, UK, US).
Key Responsibilities
- Support inbound and outbound communication with potential clinical trial participants
- Provide clear information and guide patients through screening processes
- Document interactions in CRM systems
- Maintain high-quality communication and compliance standards
Mandatory Requirements
- 2–4 years of call center or customer support experience
• High-level English (C1/C2)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in healthcare or the medical industry is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM practices and online collaboration tools
Work Schedule
- Operating hours: Flexible (Local Time & Eastern Time coverage)
- Expected workload: 2 hours per day
- Weekdays only
Training
- 1–2 hours per day (Eastern Time)
- Start date: May 18, 2026 (Tentative)
