- Carry out the order to invoice process, including maintenance of accurate shipment dates, providing the right credit notes, payment terms, etc.
- Your day at Ferring
- Oversee and manage the completion of lifecycle orders:
- Study review (stock availability, coming orders, In market Sales, stock inventory report)
- Placing orders with distributors based on the study review results
- Communicate the official order with Amman office
- Follow up with customer service regarding any unmatching data or deviation
- Review DF on monthly basis, making sure to align the forecast with the open orders (Private & Tender) and approved budget.
- Handle all issues related to shipping procedure with distributor (Invoices, CoA, COO, packing list, AWB, …etc.) to get authority approval and airlines green light
- Active participation in tender business with all needed elements.

- You bring the following skills and experience to Ferring:
- B.Sc. in Supply Management \\ Business
- 3 - 5 years of experience in the pharmaceuticals field
- Fluent in English language.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle the pressure of meeting productivity goals & deadlines.
