About This Role
Overview
We are hiring an energetic and customer-friendly **Online Sales & Customer Support Executive** for our balloon decoration department.
This role is **not mainly for doing balloon decorations**.
The main responsibility is to handle online customer inquiries, communicate professionally, close sales, and manage customer orders through social media, website, Google, WhatsApp, and other online platforms.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries from Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, website, Google, and other online channels.
- Reply to customers quickly and professionally.
- Understand customer requirements for birthdays, anniversaries, corporate events, baby showers, and other occasions.
- Suggest suitable balloon decoration packages and services.
- Share prices, photos, package details, and availability with customers.
- Follow up with customers and close deals.
- Confirm orders and collect all required details such as date, time, location, theme, colors, and customer contact information.
- Coordinate confirmed orders with the decoration/team operations department.
- Maintain proper order records and customer details.
- Handle customer complaints or changes politely and professionally.
- Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
- Support social media customer communication and lead conversion.
- Keep good communication with the team to ensure smooth order delivery.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English.
- Arabic speaking is an advantage.
- Experience in sales, customer service, social media handling, or event-related business is preferred.
- Must be confident in chatting and speaking with customers.
- Ability to convince customers and close orders.
- Basic computer/mobile skills.
- Must be active, responsible, polite, and organized.
- Knowledge of balloon decoration or event services is an advantage, but training can be provided.
