Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with a strong background in customer service.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building lasting customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service standards.
This role requires a proactive individual who can balance sales targets with a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Provide professional and timely customer service across all touchpoints
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and market trends
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, with a strong customer service background
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and effectively
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is an advantage
- Must be available to join immediately
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in retail, FMCG, or B2C/B2B sales environments
- Good communicator
