- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

- Identify customer issues and provide appropriate solutions

π Documentation & Case Management
- Record customer interactions and update CRM systems
- Maintain accurate case notes and resolution details
- Track recurring issues and report trends
- Support reporting on customer service performance metrics
- Ensure data accuracy in all records

- Work closely with operations, sales, and technical teams
- Share customer feedback to improve products and services
