We're Hiring: Customer Service Representative

Position: Customer Service Representative

**Location:** Promise Aesthetic Clinic, Park Centre, Mirdif, Dubai

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and social media messages professionally.
  • Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently.
  • Follow up with prospective and existing patients.
  • Convert inquiries into consultations and treatment bookings.
  • Provide information about clinic services, treatments, packages, and promotions.
  • Ensure a positive and welcoming patient experience.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and reception staff for smooth clinic operations.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and appointment schedules.
  • Assist in achieving daily and monthly booking targets.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, reception, or sales.
  • Experience in an aesthetic clinic, beauty center, or healthcare setting is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and customer engagement abilities.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • UAE experience preferred.
