Job Summary
The Sales Representative is responsible for converting inquiries, leads, and walk-in prospects into clinic appointments and package sales.
The role involves actively engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, promoting clinic services and treatment packages, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the patient journey.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
- Contact and follow up on leads received through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, website inquiries, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Promote and sell clinic services, treatment plans, and healthcare packages.
- Explain treatment benefits, package inclusions, pricing, and promotional offers to prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant services and packages where appropriate.
Appointment Scheduling
- Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments for consultations and treatments.
- Ensure accurate booking of appointments in the clinic management system.
- Follow up with patients regarding upcoming appointments and rescheduling requirements.
- Minimize no-shows through timely reminders and follow-ups.
- Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
