Job Summary

The Call Center Sales Representative is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls with the primary objective of generating appointments, increasing patient bookings, and achieving assigned sales targets.

The role focuses on converting inquiries into clinic visits through effective communication, follow-up, and sales techniques.

Key Responsibilitiessales And Lead Conversion

  • Handle inbound calls from prospective and existing patients.
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential patients, existing patient databases, and inactive patients.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments.
  • Promote clinic services, treatments, packages, and promotional offers.
  • Follow up with leads to encourage appointment booking and treatment acceptance.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective patients.
  • Achieve individual monthly appointment and sales targets.

Patient Engagement

  • Provide accurate information regarding clinic services and promotions.
  • Answer patient inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain a positive and professional telephone manner.
  • Encourage repeat visits and patient retention through regular follow-up.
  • Reporting and Documentation
  • Record all calls, inquiries, and appointment outcomes in the designated system.
  • Maintain accurate lead and patient records.
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
  • Track conversion rates and sales achievements.

Key Performance Indicators (Kpis)

  • Number of inbound calls handled
  • Number of outbound calls completed
  • Number of appointments booked
  • Lead-to-appointment conversion rate
  • Monthly sales target achievement
  • Revenue generated from booked services
  • Patient retention and reactivation rate

Qualificationseducation

  • High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's Degree is an advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in call center sales, telemarketing, customer service, or healthcare sales.
  • Experience in a medical, dental, dermatology, aesthetic, or wellness clinic is preferred.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Confident telephone communication skills.
  • Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
  • Basic computer skills and CRM experience preferred.
