Overview

We are seeking a customer-focused and proactive

Customer Service Representative

to join our team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering an exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate complex inquiries to the relevant departments when necessary.
  • Maintain and update customer records within CRM systems.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure successful issue resolution and service satisfaction.
  • Support internal teams by sharing customer feedback and identifying service improvement opportunities.
  • Meet individual and team performance targets, including response times and customer satisfaction metrics.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or client-facing roles is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a professional and positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and building strong client relationships in a dynamic environment.
