Overview
- Job responsibilities:
- P2P business operation
- Timely release and manage P2P advertising.
- Review and approve P2P orders based on internal SOP.
- Ensure smooth and accurate completion of P2P transactions between buyers and sellers.
- Settlement and exchange
- Responsible for timely and accurate exchange of fiat currency to USDT.
- Monitor exchange rates to ensure transactions comply with internal control requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of settlement transactions for audit and reporting purposes.
- Order review and compliance
- Review and approve recharge and withdrawal applications according to the SOP process.
- Identify and report any suspicious or unusual transactions.
- Ensure that all transactions comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Account and fund management
- Monitor account balance and transaction flow changes daily.
- Ensure reasonable allocation of funds among multiple accounts and maintain sufficient liquidity.
- Assist in fund reconciliation and provide timely account change reports.
- Risk monitoring and reporting
- Closely monitor risk factors associated with trading and account activities.
- Report potential issues to management in a timely manner and propose preventive measures.
- Assist in implementing risk control mechanisms in the operation team.
- Support and collaboration
- Collaborate with customer service and compliance teams to resolve transaction-related issues.
- Provide timely feedback and support to internal departments.
- Complete other temporary tasks and projects assigned by management.
- Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, business or related fields.
- Candidates with experience in financial operations, cryptocurrency exchanges, or payment operations are preferred.
- Careful in work, able to strictly follow SOP operations.
- Possess good analytical skills and be able to monitor and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficient in Excel and financial systems; knowledge of blockchain /USDT preferred.
- Possess a high sense of confidentiality, responsibility, and risk awareness.
- Possess independent work ability and teamwork spirit, good communication skills.
