About The Role

Our client is a well-established and prestigious organization in the UAE seeking a Customer Service Representative to support front desk and customer interaction functions.

This is a 6-month temporary role with the possibility of extension based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors and clients professionally, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately or provide accurate information
  • Respond to customer inquiries and manage complaints in line with company policies
  • Record and follow up on customer requests, feedback, and issues
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings with internal teams
  • Manage visitor entry/exit in line with security procedures
  • Maintain reception area cleanliness and professionalism
  • Update and maintain customer and visitor records with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Prepare reports on visitor flow, service levels, and feedback
  • Ensure adherence to customer service standards and policies
  • Support team activities, events, and operational needs as required
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all information
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer service, reception, front desk, or client-facing roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to handle calls, visitors, and complaints efficiently
  • Basic computer skills and attention to detail in record-keeping
  • Ability to follow procedures and maintain confidentiality
  • Availability to commit to a 6-month contract
