Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative.
The role involves addressing customer inquiries, providing prompt and professional support, resolving customer issues to ensure satisfaction, and improving the overall customer experience.
The candidate will also be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Experience enhancing Customer Experience and maintaining excellent customer relationships
- Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy
- Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a remote and flexible working environment
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage
