Job Summary
Legend World Rent A Car is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused **Call Center Agent** to join our growing team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience handling customer inquiries, booking coordination, and lead conversion within the automotive, rental, or hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Convert inquiries into confirmed vehicle rental bookings
- Generate and follow up leads from digital platforms such as Dubizzle, OneClickDrive, social media, and other channels
- Promote vehicle upgrades, add-ons, and premium rental options to maximize revenue
- Prepare rental agreements and process customer documentation accurately
- Coordinate booking confirmations, amendments, and customer support requests
- Maintain and update CRM/customer records with accurate information
- Resolve customer concerns and booking issues in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with operations and fleet teams to ensure smooth customer service experience
- Maintain high customer satisfaction standards under busy operational conditions
Requirements
- Previous experience in Call Center / Customer Service / Car Rental industry preferred
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Familiarity with CRM systems and booking platforms
- Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask efficiently
- Strong sales and customer handling skills
- Immediate joiners will be highly preferred
Experience
- 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
