Customer Service Supervisor
- 🔹 Job Purpose
- The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in enhancing the overall guest experience by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and supporting mall operations through effective coordination with internal teams and tenants.
- 🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries (in-person, calls, and emails) professionally and efficiently
- Provide accurate information about stores, services, and mall facilities
- Manage customer feedback, complaints, and follow-ups
- Conduct Customer Satisfaction Surveys and maintain records
- Assist in gift voucher sales and customer campaigns
- Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Leasing, Marketing)
- Maintain tenant contact databases and documentation
- Support marketing activities and promotional campaigns
- Handle lost & found cases and assist in emergency situations
- Provide assistance to customers with special needs (e.g., wheelchair support)
- Ensure smooth daily operations at the customer service desk
🔹 Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or a front-facing role (mall/retail experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergencies
- Willingness to work in shift duties based on mall operating hours
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting systems
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality/customer service training is a plus)
