Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor customer tickets through a service management platform; follow up on escalations and timely resolution.
- Prepare service and registration reports; conduct customer and attendee courtesy calls.
- Support customer and student access, resolve issues, and follow up on unpaid registrations where required.
- Coordinate customer requests with Business Development and prepare joining instructions and event or programme attendance records.
- Monitor satisfaction, escalate issues, support customer service process improvements, and categorize recurring issues to improve feedback processes.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in a phone- or office-based customer service role and experience in the technology industry.
- Strong understanding of customer service processes and operations; comfort managing escalations in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, organization, and attention to detail.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Computer Science is required.
- Odoo: advanced user; Salesforce: intermediate user; Microsoft Office: advanced user.
