Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a **Customer Service Representative**.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, concerns, and support.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure excellent customer experiences and foster long-term customer relationships by delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate product/service information, addressing concerns and resolving issues.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring all customer requests are met.
- Manage customer complaints with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Offer guidance and support to customers, ensuring they understand the product/service features.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher management as needed.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide the most relevant information to customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any lingering issues.
- Meet performance targets in areas such as customer satisfaction, response time, and issue resolution.
Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using customer service software (CRM), phone systems, and other tools.
- Positive attitude with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
