Customer Service Manager — Founder’s Office

Dubai | Build-Phase Opportunity

In a phase where most seek structure, a few choose to build it.

This is not a conventional Customer Service Manager role.

This is an opportunity to shape how customer experience, trust, and communication are built — from the ground up — within a growing organization.

You will be part of the first inner circle, working directly with the founder to design and execute a service environment that reflects clarity, responsiveness, and long-term trust.

The environment is dynamic, evolving, and execution-focused.

Systems will not always exist — you will help create them.

Context

The organization is currently in its foundational phase, operating independently with active engagements across real estate, strategic advisory, and deal facilitation.

As the business grows, customer interaction and experience become critical pillars.

This role is not just about managing service — it is about building the service framework itself.

What This Role Involves

• Designing and managing customer service processes from the ground up

• Handling client communication with clarity, professionalism, and ownership

• Managing inquiries, follow-ups, and service resolution across channels

• Supporting client interactions, meetings, and relationship continuity

• Bringing structure, consistency, and accountability into customer experience

• Building systems, templates, and workflows for scalable service operations
