Business Development Manager (Malayalam / English Speaking) – Dubai
We are launching a new Dubai-based business initiative focused on investment facilitation, strategic support, and growth alignment for fundamentally strong small and mid-sized businesses seeking to scale during this evolving market phase.
In a period of global uncertainty, many good businesses require the right business connections, strategic guidance, growth support, and capital alignment to move forward confidently and sustainably.
We are looking for confident Malayalam / English speaking professionals who are good at communication, relationship building, and meeting people.
This is more than a normal sales role.
You will be part of a growing initiative where you will interact with business owners, professionals, investors, and decision-makers across different industries.
What This Role Involves
- Building business relationships and professional networks
- Connecting with business owners and decision-makers
- Supporting investment facilitation and strategic growth initiatives
- Coordinating meetings, follow-ups, and relationship management
- Supporting ongoing business activities and communications
- Assisting in execution tracking and opportunity coordination
Who Can Apply

Operational Context
- Currently operating from a co-working environment near MAX Metro (Rove Trade Centre)
- Transitioning into our registered office at Dubai South from August 1st onwards
